Plan Your Route: Minimising Risk and Tackling Obstacles

In this webinar we will explore how to bring your project or creative activity to the public. Risk analysis includes considering the financial viability of your offering, considering factors that may hinder the public delivery (be that health & safety, market conditions, regulatory or personal considerations) and forecasting for other potential issues. We’ll explore how to think about the potential risks, consider how we can overcome or minimise the risks and look forward to a successful delivery. This approach is suitable for analysing a business, a project, a one off event/activity or a product. Whether new or existing - it’s great to consider your Plan B’s and give yourself the best possible chance of success.

What are the three main objectives of your webinar?

  • To help participants consider the possible obstacles to achieving success in their creative life - a project, product or business.
  • To map out ways to tackle obstacles, find help and minimise the risk of issues - or at least how to learn from failure with a Plan, Do, Check, Act approach.
  • Ensure participants feel comfortable and confident with their plans for a new or developing offering.
